Long ruler

Fabric Glue/Sewing Kit
Tablet (measuring purposes)
Use the tablet as a reference for drawing the lines, remember to leave some space between the tablet and the line.
Cut both layers of the shirt simultaneously.
Flip both pieces to have the outside piece touching and you're seeing the inside piece. Apply glue along the entire edge of your fabric to glue both pieces together, make sure to leave an opening to insert your tablet. If you're like me whom tends to get super paranoid, you can also sew along the edges for extra strength.
Once the glue completely dries, turn it inside out and voilà!
